AWLD was established in 2002 by Anthony Wyer, a qualified horticulturalist and licensed structural landscaper. Anthony is also a member of the Australian Institute of Landscape Designers & Managers (AILDM) and the Australian Institute of Horticulture (MAIH).

With fifteen years of experience in the industry Anthony has developed a keen eye for design, which complements his natural enthusiasm for landscapes. His career began working as a structural landscaper, before being introduced to a new level of exterior design during his years working with Willam Dangar.

In his career Anthony has had the pleasure of working with some of Australia’s foremost architect’s and interior designers. The opportunity to collaborate with other professions and be exposed to new ideas and inspirations helps influence and develop his design aesthetic.

Anthony has worked on a diverse range of projects throughout Sydney, Melbourne and Asia. When designing a city apartment, a country estate or costal beach house, the foremost guiding principle is to consider the landscape and architecture to create an outdoor space that pleases the client.
